The staff was friendly (and always ready with a smile). the breakfast each morning was really nice. the bar had a very cool vibe. I especially liked the cocktail menu.
street noise was a bit noticeable, especially with the trams.

The apartment was spacious. it was furnished with quality appliances and had high ceilings. We really liked it. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom featured a powerful shower. we also appreciated the big fluffy towels provided. breakfasts at the huxley were really good with a good range to choose from.
the public areas/corridors could have done with a clean on a couple of the days.

the affiliated restaurant offered a discount for guests. we had scottish breakfast there; the food was good. the huxley has a good range of choices and the food was fresh.

the staff was friendly and helpful when i asked for directions; they were quick to respond. the hotel allowed us to store our bags after checkout, it was very convenient. i loved that they helped us so efficiently.

the apartment featured heated flooring and a separate toilet; these were nice additions. the apartment also had a bath. it included a shower. the open-plan kitchen/living room added to the home-like feel.

the location was perfect and it was nice and quiet at night. trams are close. it is close to restaurants and shops. the location provided easy access to various attractions.
